Delivery and Courier charges

As an online company we take the business of delivery seriously. Whether it’s apartment living, a ¼ acre in the burbs, a country farm, or island life, no matter where you are, we deliver nationwide.

We want you to experience your purchases as quickly as possible and without concern of where you call home, hindering your wallet. As a result we strive to have one of the best wine delivery services in the country.

To help us realise this pledge please have somebody over the age of 18 on hand to sign for the delivery, and its probably best to send your wine experience to an address where it can be received between the courier drop off hours of 8-5.

During COVID19-lockdown periods and Christmas season please add on another 4 days toyour ETA time frames as our couriers are pretty chocker!

We want you to enjoy your experience as soon as possible, so we've given the nod to some of the quickest courier drivers around, to deliver your products in care and expedience. The target times are

We will try to meet these targets with every delivery but on the odd occasion events beyond our control might occur. Please contact us should your products not arrive.
 
For deliveries requiring special attention i.e. Sunday deliveries, chilled deliveries, urgent deliveries, or deliveries without a signature please contact us first, or use the message box provided at checkout.

We’ve got this covered till the designated point of your delivery address. We reckon you’re the master and commander of your estate, so we will relinquish the responsibility for theft and damage beyond this point.
 

International Deliveries

If you would like your wine experience to jump on a plane and come and visit you in another country - Vitis Cellars can make this happen. Delivery is fully insured and as with our domestic deliveries is fully traceable right up to your door. The wine experiences travel in specifically design international cases with robust polystyrene inserts to protect your wine from any knocks and the various temperature changes.
