Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Man O' War Pinque Rose 2023 would interest you.
Waiheke Island, New Zealand
Gorgeous by colour, gorgeous by taste!
The vibrant and refreshing Pinque is a alluring experience ideal with antipasto, tapas, or a picnic at the beach.
Made in a dry Provencal style, it is no surprize that the Man O War family found a Provencal merchant ship to name Pinque after, which happens to be so phonetically accurate.
Case of 6 ($27.90/bottle)
Pinque is a bit of cult classic from Man O War Vineayrds. This gorgeous Waihekean has been elusive over the last couple of vintages caused by limited production but its back. Winemaker Duncan McTavish crafts this juicy Rose from a mixture of Merlot and Malbec which relinquish sweet red berry flavours combined with a spice and vibrant offering from 27% Syrah addtion. A soft but long press of the grapes delivers pure and delicate flavours. the Provencal dry style Rose wears its name well, although officially it is named after small merchant ships that for centuries traded along the Provencal and Mediterranean coast, there must be a nod given to the alluring pink colour of Pinque. This dry and refreshing drop makes for a delicious experience when paired with Mediterranean antipasto or with Tapas.
