Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
Trinity Hill story started with the dream of three – to create world class Hawkes Bay wine. John Hancock met with Robert and Robyn Wilson over a bottle of John’s chardonnay in 1987. As a result Trinity Hill was one of early pioneers Gimblett Gravels region in the Hawke’s Bay and its winegrowing potential. John crafted his first Trinity Hill bottle in 1996 and with the help of winemaker Warren Gibson continues to make a stunning Hawke’s Bay drop from traditional and innovative grape varieties. It is Trinity Hill’s ability to make consistently exceptional wines throughout its range that has them recognised as one of New Zealand’s iconic wine lab
