As you pull into Clearview winery's driveway you get a glimpse of dramatic Te Awanga beach as illustrated on the bottle. Beachhead continues that dramatic scene in your mouth.
As we know great drama wins awards and Beachy's character is worthy of multiple golds...
Case of 6 (27.90/bottle)
The dramatic southern end of Te Awanga beach provided the name for this full bodied chardonnay. Like the landscape this wine is full of drama (of the good kind). The Beachhead experience is full bodied one with subtle power. Tim and the Clearview team handpick these grapes from around the winery fermenting them in barrel with a good portion of that undergoing Malolactic fermentation (the stuff that creates the buttery flavours). Beachhead will fill up your mouth with creamy stonefruit flavours, cashew nut characters, and plenty of good quality drama.
Unlike Bo and Luke Duke this is one Boss Hogg you want to keep running into. Sourced from three of South Australia's best Shiraz growing regions then combined to generate a full bodied juicy Shiraz.
Fermenting in big 300l barrels for flavour - i'll give you one guess what the name of those barrels are?
