Framingham Select Riesling 2022

True to Rule #3 of Framingham's winemaking rule book - Timing is everything! The organic grapes are hand selected at just the right moment to showcase the satisfying tension between natural sweetness and crisp acidity. This wonderful aperitif style has wild raspberry and orange citrus fruit flavours, and a lower alcohol content, but we think Bob Campbell nailed it when he gave this wine 96/100 with the following comment -  Terrific wine from not the easiest of vintages, but selective picking, years of experience and a passion for making this style of riesling have clearly triumphed. The wine has lovely purity and tension with lemon, lime, floral and mineral flavours. Should develop well in bottle.' Enjoy with spicy Asian food  or as an aperitif.
