Our philosophy is all about having a great experience, so we will go out of our way to guarantee that this happens. We figure you’ve probably got a few other things on your mind, so adding a stress free element to your wedding preparation goes a long way to delivering that great experience. Your Wedding Wine Experience with Vitis Cellars is unparalleled. You can use as much, or as little, of our wedding services as you choose. To maximise your stress free wine experience we offer the following:
 

Introduction

Contact us to find out  how we can help you have the ultimate experience on your wedding day. With a little help from you, we can provide advice on those pending questions like, how many bottles do I have to buy? How much do I have to spend? Will this wine match the food? When can you deliver?
 

Consult on the Wine Selection

Using a few key elements and themes from your wedding, we will tailor a wedding wine experience like no other. The Vitis Cellars personalised wine list will factor in flavour preferences, guest numbers, location of venue, cuisine pairing, and the budget.  To compliment your wine list, we can also provide a great selection of beers and non-alcoholic drinks to complete the experience.
 

Selection/Tasting

We’re great believers in try before your buy, so if you need to confirm your selection we recommend you have a wee taste before the big day. Explore the potential flavours of your wedding wine experience through a taste off between the likely contenders. Involve your friends and family and make the decision easier with range of palates. We can weigh in with food matching recommendations, and tasting notes for each wine and beer.
 

Delivery

The logistics of a wedding can be interesting at the best of times, so we go that little bit further for wedding deliveries. We can deliver anywhere in the country six days a week, and do split deliveries, so give us a call to discuss your requirements.

We can provide a selection from your wine list in advance of the big day if you are intending to taste test the wines with your wedding menu. For those who are exchanging your vows around the Auckland area we can also provide an additional service of Sunday and/or chilled deliveries for a small fee.
 

Tasting Notes

Vitis Cellars can provide you with tasting notes on each wine of your selection so you can continue your wine experience. Should you want the full wine experience to extend to your guests we can organise tasting notes, table talkers, and menu add-ons to compliment your menu service.
 

Sale or Return

We understand the guessing game that can happen on trying to estimate how thirsty your guests will be. So to eliminate this unnecessary worry Vitis Cellars offers a sale or return policy for all wedding customers. You can return any unopened wine bottles and any full cases of beer to obtain a refund. Only pay for what you drink! All we ask is that you pre arrange the sale or return policy with us when placing the order, and that all return products come back as a saleable item (intact labels, unopened bottles, only full cases of beer).
